Ms Felicia has been my daughter’s ballet teacher since she was 5. She’s 13 now. She’s seen my daughter grow up like I see her grow up. She’s seen all her “children” grow up and become graceful talented dancers. She is very knowledgeable and an expert of the Ceccheti method of ballet. She always look after the well-being of her students. She makes sure her students does not get hurt when dancing. We trust her decision in placing her students on what ballet level they should be. She knows what her dancers can do and what her dancers cannot do yet. She creates a safe environment for these dancers to grow and explore their passion for dance. She encourages them to do their best to reach their highest potential. Overall, Ms Felicia is a phenomenal ballet teacher and our family will always be a part of DDC’s dance family.

The best dance teacher in the world! Ms Felicia is a fun, witty, and knowledgeable dance teacher who makes sure everyone feels comfortable in her class. She has set up such a good environment for all the kids and families at this studio and it shows with the compassion and acceptance they all show to each other, no matter what age. I would recommend this studio to anyone of any age who wants to get into dance! You won’t regret it!

I cannot say enough good things about Miss Felicia and Divergence Dance Conservatory! You will not find a more caring and compassionate dance teacher. My daughter has danced with her for many years and has grown tremendously during that time. Felicia incorporates so many well-established and new techniques to the classes, which is a great combination. Felicia is always evolving and learning more her craft, which makes for such well-rounded dancers! Felicia cares about your child's physical and mental well-being in and out of class, which is a rare find. She is also extremely connected to the local dance community, and often has master classes taught by some of the best teachers in the area. DDC is very inclusive and all are welcome, it is a true safe space for your child.

My daughters danced with Felicia for few years and even my son joined for 6 months during Covid!!! We looooove her! She is one amazing teacher, we feel so blessed for our kids to train under her. Love how there's so much more taught by her than just dance, she gives her all to this studio and truly invests in her students. She is one of those few, rare, and hard-to-find, excellent teachers who strike the right balance between too strict and too lenient, and create an amazing atmosphere for students to really thrive and love what they do!!! The studio is really highly organized in planning, communication, and expectations; which make parent/student involvement really stress-free! My husband (ex professional ballet dancer) is very pleased with this studio and the standard of training his ladies are receiving with Mrs. Felicia! There are many great dancers, but not many great teachers who can mold great dancers!. Can't recommend enough!

I started dancing with Felicia when I was 13 years old until I left for college. I took some time off but I recently started dancing with her again at 26 and my 4 year old son has started classes with her as well. The experience I have had with her has been amazing. She cares about her students' physical, mental, and emotional well being and works hard to provide the best education and opportunities for growth. She cultivates an environment that leaves no room for bullying. It can be hard and awkward to start learning ballet late and to return again as an adult but i have never felt uncomfortable or out of place. I don't think I could ever fully express how much Felicia has done for me over the years.

My daughter has been taking dance ( mostly ballet ) classes from Ms. Felicia for 2.5 years now and loves it. Not only is she learning the art of ballet, she is also learning about her body. Ms. Felicia teaches with kindness, open-mindedness, directness, humor snd is gifted in tailoring feedback to the individual dancer. I love this studio! Ms. Felicia is a very knowledgeable, enthusiastic, fun, caring & all around a great person! She LOVES what she does & it shows. I have been taught by Ms. Felicia for a few years while I was growing up and I always loved it. Now my daughter dances and she loves it as well! The kids are treated so wonderful here and the teachers that work with the kids are great! I highly recommend!
